Charitable Subsidizing

The entire purpose of The Metro Mentorship Initiative (TMMI) is to help provide support to partner entities that serve kids, teens and young adults of the Greater Chicago Area of Illinois and beyond. While these entities may charge fees to their participants to help subsidize costs, by no means should these become a barrier for any potential or current participant. This organization will strive to serve all willing participants in its partner programs whether they can pay a fee or not. Further, The Metro Mentorship Initiative will continue to keep fees as low as possible by partnering with other community organizations, developing our volunteer base, and fundraising campaigns.

If a participant is not able to pay the full fee of our partner programs, our purpose is that we will work with the participant and his or her family to find an acceptable payment plan, reduced, or waived fee depending on that participates situation and needs.  This policy is to be implemented for all current and potential participants involved with our partner programs and will be available to any participant that requests it.
